Problems that staff may have can be work related or personal. Offering support to your staff, you can improve; working environment, attendance, staff turnover, and moral.
Employers have multiple roles in the workplace, it is difficult to manage the well-being of staff equally, without becoming too involved. There are a number of people who suffer if employees emotional difficulties are not met, and conflict between staff is not resolved; the organisation, bystanders witnessing the event (service users, customers, clients,) and other employees being drawn in.
I am able to offer:
Counselling; this will take place away from work premises on neutral ground, sessions will last for up to one hour. Sessions can be arranged through the employer or staff can contact me directly. I can offer appointments within one week. This service can be used on an 'as and when needed' basis or 'contracted'. You also have the choice of how many sessions you would like to offer.
